I don't know why but I am much more drawn to paint that is so old it is cracking and peeling than a fresh new coat.Maybe its because the crackling never loooks the same making and ordinary fence or chair unique from all the rest.

past in my present

For me and my family New Years has never been a big deal. I always feel like everyone thinks its a clean slate and a fresh start but in reality its just another day. For example how you spend your New Years Eve is how your year will be, going to the best party find the best date etc. but life is more than that. The best way to make the best of a new year is recognizing that your past is part of who you are and learning from your mistakes and accomplishments and growing because of them. So instead of searching for the best of the best, realizes that spending time with your family, friends and loved ones will make it the best News Years and year yet.

I hope that you all embrace your past and make 2011 a great year.
